It's nice to get away from the office walls and enjoy the great outdoors! This corporate team building picnic was a great opportunity for co-workers to enjoy the beautiful Houston weather, have some great food, and take part in team-building activities. A good old fashioned tailgating scramble, building teddy bears for kids, water balloon toss, Jell-O eating contest, volleyball and horseshoe games, and an awards ceremony were just some of the activities of the day. The end of the event saw the entire management team stand firing line style against a wall as employees pummeled them with waterballoons!...

Travelling internationally is tough enough. Travelling internationally with thousands of dollars worth of photography gear is tougher. As most people already know, never check in your photography gear. Tripods, monopods, and rocket blowers can sometimes be pulled aside by the TSA and they will ask you to check them in. So I usually do not keep these items in my carry on. Everything else is in my carry on and with me at all times.
